How do I return an item? Returns will be accepted for retail consumer purchases within 3 days of receipt of goods for merchandise credit. As part of our Guarantee Policy any wholesale business owners that want to return product have 30 days from receipt of goods to return any product for full merchandise credit minus a 15% restocking fee.
